Check the Internet Connection
The first thing that you need to check is the internet connection. If you have another device then check the internet connection is working on it. If another device can access the internet then make sure there is nothing that is interfering with the internet connection of the Apple TV. Sometimes other wireless devices like wireless phones, microwave oven, wireless headsets, etc. may interfere with the Wi-Fi network.
